Julia Zupanc grew up as a miner’s daughter in Duisburg. As a child she did a lot of gymnastics and was very interested in natural sciences until she discovered theatre at the age of 20.
Before studying acting at the “Ernst Busch”, she was part of an independent theatre group in the Ruhr area.
She played at the Berlin Volksbühne and the Deutsches Theater Berlin, among others. Afterwards she was a permanent ensemble member at the Duisburg Theatre for one and a half years.
She currently works as a freelance actress and lives in Bochum.

Carl Bruchhäuser

WELCOME!

Carl completed his acting studies at the Folkwang University of the Arts Essen/Bochum. Since then he has appeared in various major theatre productions at the Theater Dortmund, Schauspielhaus Bochum and also the Berliner Ensemble, among others. Roles such as Marquis de Posa, Hamlet or his two-hour solo as Werther are part of his repertoire and have shaped his career. Carl made his television debut in 2017 on ZDF (Notruf Hafenkante and Der Staatsanwalt), he can currently be seen in Verbotene Liebe – Next Generation (RTL+) and the multi-nominated and award-winning film Goldjungs (ARD), as well as in the new Münster Tatort in spring 2022.
Through his stays abroad, Carl speaks fluent English, Russian and even the South African click language Xhosa. In his hometown Cologne, he also passionately trains kung fu with a Shaolin grandmaster.

After her studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg, she was engaged at several German theatres (e.g. at the Ernst Deutsch Theater in Hamburg). There she played all the classic female main roles like Elisabeth in “Don Carlos”, Gretchen in “Faust”, Julia in “Romeo and Juliet”…
In film und tv she appeared in “Du hast die Wahl”, “Der Lehrer”, “SOKO Köln”, “Sankt Maik”, “Danni Lowinski” just to name a few.
Recently she could be seen in “Alles was zählt”.

We welcome from the bottom of our hearts, Charles Morillon! Charles is a German-French actor who grew up in France. He studied acting at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen/Bochum. Since then he has worked in three languages: German, French and English.
He has filmed for ARD (Polizeiruf), ZDF (Tannbach) and with Elie Chouraqui, Julien Seri and Volker Schlöndorff, among others.
Most recently he was in front of the camera in the Netflix production “Im Westen nichts Neues” alongside Daniel Brühl. (Director: Edward Berger)
