Elisabeth Degen

Welcome * ELISABETH DEGEN!

We are extremely delighted to represent this wonderful person, this great actress from now on! From the deepest abyss to on point comedy, she's got it all. See for yourself! © Jens-Peter Rosendahl

A few words from Elisabeth:

There are as many and varied roles as there are different people, cultures, characters, destinies, stories and worlds, as colourful and different as the colours of a rainbow! It’s so fascinating that, as I’m a very curious person, I really want to play and explore them. So bring it on!

My first experience on the stage was when I was a stage surprise for my father. I was a proud 8 years old at the time. I thought it was exciting, maybe a tiny bit too exciting. But I also enjoyed it so much that I only wanted to become one thing: an actress!

Well, here I am!

‘Helena Gossmann plays the doctor Stockmann superbly. Not prickly and unruly, as her opponents might like to see her, but unbending, upright and combative.’ (Westdeutsche Zeitung Krefeld)

This is one of the many wonderful reviews that have appeared.

HELENA GOSSMAN * welcome to the agency!

A very warm welcome to this stunning actress, Helena! We're very eager to discover what this year will bring for you and which intriguing roles you'll be taking on! © Urban Ruths

We’re very excited to be representing this talented actress!

You’re also curious about Helena and want to know more about her? We’ve attached some Inside-information for you:

Helena was born in Berlin and grew up there for a large part of her childhood.

During her acting studies in Vienna, she performed in theaters as well as acting in film productions. This was followed by an engagement at the Pfalztheater Kaiserslautern. There she played Margarete in “Faust”, among other roles, and performed with the ensemble of “Dinosauriermonologe” on stage of Deutsches Theater Berlin.

She is currently playing Rosalind in “As you like it” at the Theater Krefeld and Mönchengladbach. On the same stage she will also be portraying the title character in “Volksfeindin” (based on Ibsen) from April on.

Despite her theater work, Helena is available for filming.

Digging into the roles, making them tangible, grabbing fleeting seconds, looking at them as if under a microscope and then enlarging or reducing them… that is her passion, that is her goal… whether in absurd theater productions or through a more naturalistic approach in front of the camera.

Incidentally, she’s still longing to play a specific role… because when she was four years old she was embodying the seventh dwarf in “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” and swore to herself that one day she would be stepping into the role of Snow White…that is yet to come.

She has also recently taken up ballet and is trying to improve her French.

David Imper

Happy Birthday to DAVID IMPER!

Today is the birthday of our enchanting David Imper. Enchanting and magical indeed, as he is also currently on stage as Harry Potter (and Draco Malfoy). Dear David, we wish you many more exciting and versatile roles, as well as an absolutely fabulous, happy and creative new year! © Michael Stadelmann

Today we’re also revealing a few things about David that you probably didn’t know about him:

Telling stories has always been David’s great passion. Even as a child, he transformed his childhood bedroom into a theater and wrote plays, which he staged with his siblings and relatives in (supporting!) roles.

Whether as a teenager on stage in Switzerland or later in the USA, it was always the magic of storytelling that fascinated him.

When the pandemic hit in 2020 and the world came to a standstill, he used the time to write his novel “A Divine Comeback”. This was published by East 52nd Street in 2022.
